The LNC offers educational materials, including free handouts and presentations, to help inspire everyone to eat healthier, the Latin way!
1. Camino Magico: ("Magic Road") is our colorful and user-friendly bilingual supermarket shopping guide and meal planner, aimed at helping Latinos make better choices while at the supermarket. It also includes general nutrition information and exercise guidelines for leading a healthier lifestyle.
The Camino Magico is ideal for distribution at supermarkets, schools, churches, community centers, etc, and serves as a useful tool for getting healthy meals on the dinner table.

2. Latin American Diet Pyramid Poster

2. PDFs (and more!) from the Latino Nutrition Coalition. Some of our most popular information is in PDF form, so you can easily print out multiple copies for classroom use or for handouts at events. A few of our pieces are also in Spanish. There's even a PowerPoint presentation on the current state of Latino Health.
3. Materials from LNC Members. We've created a directory of the free materials many of our LNC members offer to the public. Some of them are in PDF form, with a link for instant downloading. For others, we've listed contact information so you can call or email for free copies.
