To build awareness that making healthy food and lifestyle choices can reduce the rise of chronic disease facing the Latino community, we have created numerous resources to help educate consumers and health professionals alike.
The Latino Nutrition Coalition would like to introduce consumers to a variety of ways to cook, eat, and enjoy the Latino diet pattern. Please see below to reference our materials. |
1. LATINO LIVING - A GUIDE TO BETTER HEALTH THROUGH TRADITIONAL FOOD AND ACTIVE LIFESTYLES
This tool kit was originally designed for health professionals and dieticians who counsel clients about lifestyle changes. However, it is so user friendly, it is perfect for consumers from coast to coast.
